Having answered the call into the billboard business immediately upon graduation from the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University, Nate possesses over 34 years of experience in all facets of outdoor advertising, including sales, governmental affairs, corporate development, M&A, and overall executive leadership in 5 states in the Mid-Atlantic region. Contributing to his well-rounded career, he has had the opportunity to gain experience with multiple companies including the former Apple Outdoor in York, PA, Adams Outdoor – Lehigh Valley, Lamar Advertising – York – Lancaster (formerly Penn Advertising), Clear Channel – Baltimore, and now currently – Vision Outdoor. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Turning Point of York and formerly on the Board of the Appell Center for the Performing Arts, as well as being involved with many other local non-profit organizations. Nate’s proudest moments have been shared with his wife, Sandra, and their three kids.

None of this is rocket science! Chris has a simple philosophy: offer a good product, be fair, and do what you say you are going to do. The most important aspect of local ad sales is to understand the market you are in. As a graduate of Towson State University, Chris has worked exclusively in Baltimore and brings over 20+ years in advertising sales from print, digital, broadcast, and now out of home. He understands that his success is predicated upon that of his clients’. For that reason alone, every campaign that runs through Vision Outdoor is personal – it will never be just business!

Terry is here to help! In fact, enhancing her clients’ exposure is what she does best – from positioning corporate brands at Maryland’s annual Preakness Stakes, to placing sponsors in front of well-heeled Broadway Across America audiences, to cultivating close partnerships with local businesses – helping stakeholders achieve brand exposure through the power of effective advertising and experiential marketing is her expertise. Tom

Tom entered the outdoor advertising world of business when Ronald Reagan was in his first term as President. He graduated from Bloomsburg State University of Pennsylvania with a BS in business administration and landed in the billboard business in 1984 – taking on a real estate leasing job at TDI/Winston Network in Philadelphia and New York City. Over the years he has worked with Chesapeake Outdoor Enterprises, PNE Media, and Apple Outdoor Advertising in management, leasing/development, and sales roles. The best part of the job for Tom is forging lasting partnerships with his customers and seeing outdoor advertising help their businesses grow.
